Bookings are maintained on leading vacation rental websites. Calendars are updated with confirmed bookings in real time.

Check-out inspection

 

We use our same cleaning team – so each time your property is vacated they check that everything is as it should be. 

Cleaning and linen

 

Our team of cleaners come in after each vacate. They give your place a thorough clean and prepare the home for the next visitors. They handle all the cleaning, linen and laundering. 

 

Property Maintenance

 

After each clean, our cleaners update us on any maintenance required. In addition, we perform regular inspections of your property and promptly respond to any maintenance requirements.

Consumables replenishment

 

We restock household consumables such as toilet paper, soaps, dishwashing liquids, etc, as required. The cost of consumables is an additional charge and is deducted from your monthly revenue.

Owner dashboard and owner bookings

 

You will receive login details so that you can add your own personal bookings into the bookings calendar.

Repairs and maintenance

 

We have a team of professional tradesmen on call to handle any maintenance or issues that may arise. We will always inform you of any major issues before work is carried out.
